Free Truck Rental
When you rent a storage unit from Maple Ridge Storage we’ll waive the truck rental fee, so you can have control of your goods and there is no need to go anywhere else for a truck. No worries about how a hired company may handle your possessions, no worries about working with their time schedule or their people who you do not know – you are in full control. You live in Western New York and that means lots of different weather conditions, sometimes all in the same day, but with our enclosed moving truck your belongings stay safe, secure and DRY! – and so do YOU!

We only ask our customers to follow a few simple rules:

1. The free rental is based on availability, a $100.00 deposit is required ($35.00 to reserve the day, if you’re a no-show this is non refundable). Then $65.00 when you come in on rental day.
2. You must have a valid driver’s license and you must be 21 or over, learner’s permits don’t count.
3. A valid insurance card in your name is a must and must be presented at time of rental agreement, no exceptions.
4. Please refill the gas tank as a courtesy to the next person. (Re-fueling by us is very expensive).
5. Please clean the truck (pop cans, food wrappers etc.) and take all your belongings.
6. You get a total of 50 miles free, after that there is a mileage charge.
7. When you are done with the truck you must return it to our location. (There are NO pickup services).
8. After hours drop off is no problem, just lock the truck and leave the keys in our drop box.
9. Reservations are necessary, please call ahead to secure a time slot.
10. You are responsible for speeding tickets, accidents and safe vehicle operation.
